Warranty Conditions

All warranty on hardware is by manufacturer

Usually as follows:
 

  • Motherboards, Processors, most graphics cards - 2 years

  • Hard drive - 3 years

  • Monitors - 3 years

  • Memory
    Amicroe or Legend brand - lifetime
    Kingston brand - 1 year

  • All other parts - cases, optical drive, card reader, speakers, input devices - 1 year

If a part needs replacement via warranty we will replace it within 24 hours and follow the warranty in our time. This means you can get on with your life without waiting weeks for a replacement part.

Warranty is for parts AND labour. This means if your hard drive 'dies' we will replace it within 24 hours and totally reinstall the operating system and basic programs for no cost.

Please note however that data backup is YOUR responsibility and if we are required to do this there will be a charge for this service.

Currently the backup cost are: 
Standard backup with no issues - $44
Via a recovery program due to bad sectors, password protection - $88
Intensive data recovery (sent to Rockingham - min 1 week - to as long as it takes) - From $150- $350
