ABOUT US - STAFF

Established in 2004, initially home based before opening our new store in the Erskine Commercial Precinct
our aim has always been to provide quality service and value for money at all times.
We pride ourselves on being friendly and approachable and try not to baffle you with techno babble.
However, should you want more detailed technical information, Benoit is more than capable of providing it for you.
No job is too small or too big!
The only silly question is the one you don't ask.
If we cant find a reason for or a solution to your problem, there is NO CHARGE.
 

Proprietor/Technician
Benoit Standaert

With over 20 years experience in computer electronics and software development there is not a lot of problems Benoit can not address. He gained his MCP qualifications with NATO in France. If you want detailed technical information about computers or hardware, he is your man.
Proprietor/Office Manager/Technician
Dianne Standaert

With over 14 years experience with setting up and installing computers Dianne is well equipped to run the Office. She has considerable hardware experience and extensive software knowledge. Ask her for a quote on a computer to your specifications! If you want a computer explained in layman's terms she can assist.
Before moving to Mandurah in 2000 she managed a busy tourism office in Esperance supervising 2 junior staff and overseeing wages and shift rosters for over 15 staff as well as running a busy tourism based shop and cruise bookings.

 

Office Assistant/Trainee Technician
Brad Pryce

Brad has almost one years experience in the shop and is very adept at hardware and software installation.  He keeps the workshop running smoothly and ensures all jobs are done on time.
